The Role The Senior Product Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving product success in the market by acting as the voice of the customer. This externally focused role is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling messaging and positioning, and enabling sales teams with tools and insights. The role requires deep market understanding, collaboration across product, sales, and partner teams, and a strong focus on customer advocacy and demand generation. Success is measured by market growth, customer acquisition, and lifetime value. What You'll Do Develop a deep understanding of the target audience, market trends, and competitive landscape Research and document buyer personas and journeys, applying insights across sales tools and marketing content Build and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches, including pricing in collaboration internal stakeholders Craft compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with B2B buyers and highlights the product’s value Analyse the competitive landscape and create enablement materials to support sales in competitive scenarios Provide insights to product teams to inform future offerings Create sales tools, training, and collateral to support internal and partner sales teams Develop and update use cases based on client interviews to demonstrate product value Champion the voice of the client by gathering customer experience insights through direct and indirect outreach Collaborate with partners to identify joint market differentiators and enhance marketing effectiveness Provide messaging for demand generation campaigns across content, digital, and event marketing. Support customer adoption, retention, and advocacy in partnership with the customer team Track and optimize key metrics including market growth, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (LTV). About you 10+ years of B2B product marketing experience Proven experience with enterprise software, technology support and maintenance, or application managed services Strategic thinker with hands-on execution in marketing strategy, GTM plans, messaging hierarchy, personas, and foundational product/service marketing content Skilled in developing client go-to-market strategies, including solution and services definition, packaging, and positioning for leading tech, services, or software companies Experienced in collaborating with sales leadership, field sales, and customer success teams to enhance the sales process and improve team proficiency Demonstrated success in launching, managing, and growing revenue for commercial software products and/or services Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and improving sales effectiveness Excellent verbal, written, and public speaking skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences Proven ability to lead product launches, sales enablement, and full-cycle marketing strategy execution Strong project and time management capabilities Excellent problem-solving skills What we offer Competitive compensation that rewards achievement Hybrid, flexible working model High-level Health, Dental, and Vision insurance STD and Life/AD&D cover 22 days PTO each year with additional days earned based on your tenure Additional 10 Federal/Regional holidays Generous Maternity & Paternity leave $200 annual wellness benefit Flexibility of working remotely from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year A dedicated Volunteer Day to give back to your community and support meaningful Employee Assistance Program Fun and inclusive environment with regular events organized by Engagement, and Inclusion Committees Don't worry if you don't meet ALL the requirements, if you feel you would be a great fit for this role, we would love to hear from you!
