The Senior Solution Consultant - Federal role supports public sector customers by identifying new opportunities, developing creative solutions, and supporting customers post-go-live. Responsibilities include leveraging technical expertise with APIs, federated protocols, and state agency environments to drive sales strategy, diagnosing and documenting customer requirements, designing and configuring solutions, developing demos, executing proofs of concept, writing RFP content, crafting technical content, maintaining customer relationships, mentoring teammates, communicating product feedback, and presenting at events. Candidates must have recent experience in software pre-sales solution consulting with government customers, be located in the DC area, and willing to work on-site at Tyson's Corner as needed. Required qualifications include hands-on experience with federated protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), at least 2 years experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, and hands-on experience with Enterprise and Consumer IAM platforms. Ideal qualifications include 5+ years of solution consulting experience, 3+ years working with target domain customers, experience with network security protocols, web development skills, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel. The role offers a compensation package with a base salary range of $200,000 - $265,000 USD plus commission and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
