Simon-Kucher is seeking a

Team Lead, Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

to play a pivotal role within our North America Talent Acquisition team. This hands-on leadership role will oversee two experienced hire recruiters while also managing a personal portfolio of full-cycle requisitions. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, partner closely with key stakeholders, and drive a strategic, high-impact hiring process – balancing team leadership with direct recruiting responsibilities.

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this role requires a dynamic Recruiter with strong leadership capabilities, business acumen and the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels. The successful candidate will partner closely with Human Resources, business leaders, and stakeholders across the firm to drive a high performing, proactive, and collaborative recruitment function.

How You Will Create An Impact

Team Leadership & Coaching Lead, mentor, and support two Senior TA Managers, driving accountability and consistency in search execution and stakeholder engagement. Monitor team performance and pipeline activity, providing guidance on search strategies and issue resolution. Serve as a thought partner to the Director of TA on team structure, process improvements, and long-term talent planning. Strategic Talent Acquisition Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for Consultant – Senior Director roles. Conduct consultative intake sessions with hiring leaders to define role scope, success criteria, and ideal candidate profiles. Build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent in competitive markets, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and industry-specific platforms. Lead regular calibration meetings and provide strategic recommendations based on candidate pipeline and market feedback. Stakeholder Engagement & Influence Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with Regional Leadership, HRBPs, and key stakeholders. Act as a strategic advisor on hiring plans, candidate positioning, and market dynamics. Partner with leaders to prioritize hiring needs and align recruitment activity with business objectives. Operational Excellence & Talent Branding Ensure delivery of a consistent, high-quality candidate experience that reflects Simon-Kucher’s culture and values. Proactively contribute market intelligence, candidate insights, and best practices to strengthen the overall TA function. Support initiatives related to employer branding, diversity hiring, and process optimization. Metrics & Performance Management Drive performance in a data-informed, metric-driven environment, with a focus on time-to-fill, quality of hire, and stakeholder satisfaction. Provide regular reporting and insights to TA leadership on pipeline health, conversion metrics, and hiring trends.

About You

7–10+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience. 3+ years of experience leading full-life cycle recruitment for senior level roles. Proven track record managing or mentoring other recruiters or managing complex searches. Deep understanding of the Professional Services industry preferred. Skilled in stakeholder management, influence, and navigating ambiguity. Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability from intake through offer. Adept in leading-edge sourcing tools and experience with ATS platforms. Experience leading a portfolio of complex requisitions, either at an agency or in-house across multiple divisions. Demonstrated experience working with and influencing multiple key stakeholders. Experience with defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements in the talent identification process. Advanced user in Excel functions (running and creating functions, pivot tables, charts, etc.) and PowerPoint preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Additional Notes:

This job will be hybrid, minimum of 3 days in the office, in the Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, or New York office.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $150,000-$175,000 anually. Compensation may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, 13 paid holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, basic life insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
