Job Description As part of our Solution Consulting team, you will support CRM, CPQ, and digital commerce solution sales across industries. You will act as a technical consultant and strategic advisor, working closely with Sales, Product Management, and stakeholders to craft customer-centric solutions. This role requires technical expertise and business insight to drive engagement during the pre-sales cycle. What You Will Do Support sales as a technical and domain expert in CRM, CPQ, and automation platforms Lead discovery sessions and workshops to identify customer challenges Design and deliver product demonstrations highlighting business value Build relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, including C-level Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams for improvement Share best practices and industry knowledge with the team Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies Represent the company at marketing and customer events Qualifications Experience with AI integration in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving 7+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or similar roles Expertise in CRM and CPQ platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, etc. Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, cloud architecture, web technologies (JavaScript, JSON) Proven ability to conduct discovery sessions and design solutions Excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences Collaborative skills across functions Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment Experience engaging with executive stakeholders Relevant cloud platform certifications are a plus Experience in U.S. industry verticals such as manufacturing, telecom, or tech Salary range for this location is $131,925 to $217,725 plus benefits and incentives. Compensation varies based on location, skills, and experience.
