We simply LIVE TO SERVE!! We are looking for a Principal Search Consultant to join our team who will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruiting process, preferably based in Austin. The best fit for this role will have prior experience with a leading agency with a proven track record of excelling in finding AND filling roles. We want the best Players out there! What’s in it for YOU at one of the “Best Places to Work” · Generous compensation package with aggressive commissions and accelerators based on performance · Equity Incentive Plan · Warm leads for you to pursue and sourcing/recruiting support from our Austin based Recruiting Operations Center, the ROC. · Industry Leading and tenured Operational leadership as well as CRM and other tools to support anything you need to succeed · Remote work schedule and unlimited PTO plan · Company-subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance What YOU get to DO in this customer-facing position: · Develop your book of business with your sales efforts · Source, screen, and manage candidates through the recruiting and hiring process; OR as appropriate utilize the ROC to assist in filling these roles · Communicate with clients, present highly qualified candidates, and provide regular updates · Collaborate with team members and support staff to ensure search projects success · Maximize resources and tools available to establish and maintain a candidate pipeline · Foster relationships with clients and candidates to ensure they have a positive experience What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role · 5-10+ years' experience as a Principal/ Full-cycle Recruiter (less experience is acceptable with stellar past results) · Willingness to work in a metrics-driven environment · Expertise in sourcing on platforms such as Linkedin · Experience with HubSpot is a big plus · Experience working with an applicant tracking system with strong attention to detail. · Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication. · Infectious Energy and a willingness to try new ways of doing things · Located in the Austin metro area Seniority level
