As the Lead Market Development for AT&T’s Wireline Portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in driving market growth and expanding AT&T’s wireline services footprint. Strategic Market Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive market development strategies that align with AT&T’s wireline portfolio goals and business objectives. Opportunity Identification: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new revenue streams and growth areas. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product management, marketing, and engineering teams to tailor solutions that meet customer requirements and enhance portfolio offerings. Market Intelligence: Continuously gather and analyze market intelligence to inform product development, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.
Job Contribution:
An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions.

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
Our Lead Market Development earns between $143,800 - $215,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
