Job Description Monitor and manage the progress environment (storage, backups, restores etc) Patch the system when applicable. Troubleshoot issues within the Eclipse environment. Provide L3 support to Client 24x7 for major incidents. Work with the Eclipse Job management platform to ensure system performance is optimal. Working knowledge on how to archive data and manage older data within the database to maintain optimal performance.
