About this position

The Finance Department of IDB Invest is looking for r a Financial & Transaction Services Analyst to work in the Operations Division. You will be part of the Operations Division within the Finance and Administration Department of IDB Invest, which includes the following teams: Transaction Services, Financial and Administrative Services, Treasury Operations, and Operations Optimization and Support. As a Financial & Transaction Services Analyst, you will contribute to a wide range of operational support activities to ensure effective workflows and organization within the Division. Additionally, you will serve as a strategic liaison and operational resource to the Managing Director, supporting the execution of the division’s priorities through the coordination of internal processes and stakeholder communications. What you’ll do

Identify and support the implementation of process improvements in OPD’s Division—leveraging technology to streamline tasks, enhance service delivery, and improve team efficiency. Coordinate the submission of non-operational documentation across HQ and field offices, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with institutional protocols. Serve as a point of contact between the Division and other stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among different parties. Collaborate on internal and external communications, assisting in the creation and editing of PowerPoint presentations, visual materials and proof-reading documents to ensure accuracy and consistency. Create, maintain, and provide support for the Division’s SharePoint sites to ensure effective content management and accessibility, including managing EzShare’ s user and group access permissions to ensure secure and efficient collaboration. Oversee daily day-to day operations -, ensuring efficient logistics and prioritization of activities in line with IDB Invest policies. Contribute to the planning and executing of Division’s events, engagement initiatives, both at Headquarters and in Country Offices—to ensure seamless organization and impactful outcomes. Ensure effective alignment of executive engagements by coordinating high-level interactions, and strategic commitments for the Division. Provide support in various administrative tasks as needed. What you'll need

• Education: Bachelor’s in business administration, law, finance or related fields. • Experience: You have at least 4+ years of relevant professional experience with duties related to the role. Your experience should include: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational time-management skills with attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with team members. Results-oriented personality with solid problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, in teams and under pressure Proven discretion and experience managing confidential information in high-trust environments Organized, tech-savvy, and proactive in identifying and implementing administrative improvements. Preferred experience in effectively using digital tools like EzShare, PowerPoint, Microsoft SharePoint List, SharePoint sites, Photoshop, Illustrator, Outlook, etc Nice to have Proficiency increating presentations, infographics, and graphics Ability tocollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Strong organizational and time-management skills Proactive and continuous improvement driven.

• Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written, is required. Additional knowledge of French and Portuguese is preferable. Requirements
