• Case Mix: - Complete Ortho, Head Spine, Pediatric, Regional, Podiatry, Urology • Procedures: - General Anesthesia: Adult, Pediatric - Spinal Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia Surgery - Neurological Cases: Spine - Complex Orthopedic Cases - Pain Mgt Techniques - Post-op Extremity Blocks - Use of x-ray guidance in performance of blocks - Ventilation Mgt • No. of OR: 2; 1 procedure room • Other Info: - CRNA that can cover M-F 6a-til last patient discharged - Must be proficient with nerve blocks - Very fast paced ASC especially on Wednesdays • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements: • Active AZ License • BC/BE • BLS, ACLS, PALS
