MHS is seeking licensed Psychologists (Clinical or School) or Psychotherapists to join our dedicated Psychological Services team. In this role, youll provide direct care, crisis intervention, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, pediatricians, and social workers to deliver holistic, coordinated mental health support in a resource-rich and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct and indirect psychological services to assigned students Conduct assessments of psychopathology, risk, and incidents Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Participate in a shared on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support Collaborate with psychiatrists, pediatricians, social workers, and educators Provide consultation and training to staff and student sponsors Advocate for students mental health and safety Location: On-site in Hershey, PASalary: $91,000 $138,000 (commensurate with experience) plus on call payBenefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 403(b) with employer contribution, paid time off, wellness programs, and free lunchesUnion Affiliation: Milton Hershey Education Association (MHEA) Qualifications: Doctoral degree in Psychology and current licensure as a psychologist(LPC, LCSW, or Certified School Psychologist also considered) Minimum 3 years of experience in therapy and assessment, preferably in a clinical or school setting Strong crisis intervention and evidence-based therapy skills Proficiency in psychological testing and treatment planning Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills Availability for on-site hours and on-call rotation High ethical standards and sound professional judgment, serving as a role model for MHS students.
