We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Autonomous Production Unit Manager

to join our team. As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, from planning and scheduling to execution and delivery. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently, meeting all quality standards and deadlines. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering is required. Minimum of 10 years manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Excellent attention to detail. Strong computer skills, including Excel and SQL database manipulation. In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles. The role involves overseeing all production activities within the assigned Autonomous Production Unit (APU). Key focus areas include safety improvements, quality assurance, lean manufacturing implementation, task scheduling and prioritization, resource utilization, process change review, and employee mentorship. The candidate will coordinate with Process Engineering, Design Engineering, Program Management, Quality, and Customers to ensure on-time, quality, and budget-compliant product delivery. Hands-on support on production activities may be required. Expected to spend 25-50% of the workday on the shop floor supervising activities.
