Key Responsibilities Lead transactions ranging from $2-4 billion annually. Oversee analytics of 600-800 potential property acquisitions and narrow it down to the top 1-2%. Manage and oversee a $3 billion debt portfolio. Lead a team of professionals who consistently achieve an ROI in the top 1% of the real estate investment industry. No apartment industry experience?
