We seek a Senior Consulting Manager for our Energy & Utilities group, aligned with Cognizant's Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence: Project Execution, Expertise, Business Development, Practice Development, & People Development. This senior-level position involves partnering with clients and stakeholders to deliver value and lead teams effectively. The ideal candidate will have over 16 years of consulting experience in the Energy & Utilities industry, with proven expertise as a DMS System Engineer. Responsibilities include: Designing and implementing DMS architecture to meet business needs Configuring and customizing DMS for optimal performance Integrating DMS with SCADA, OMS, GIS systems Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues Providing end-user support and system updates Managing data migration, quality, and governance Leading collaboration and communication with stakeholders Desired Skills
Leadership and communication with senior leadership Extensive experience in Energy & Utilities Expertise in DMS, SCADA, and OMS Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship Compensation & Benefits
Applications accepted until June 30, 2025. Salary ranges from $98,853 to $158,500, depending on experience. The role includes discretionary bonuses, stock awards, and benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401(k), disability insurance, parental leave, and stock purchase plans.
