Job Description
Eurofins PSS is looking for a Formulation Analytical Scientist to support a client’s research and development team working on innovative drug products, including lipid-based therapies, mRNA, and proteins. This role focuses on developing and running analytical tests to support formulation and process development in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
Run analytical tests to help with material characterization, process optimization, and formulation development.
Use advanced tools like LC-MS, LC-MS/MS, UPLC, SEC-MALS to analyze lipids, RNA, and proteins.
Write and update test methods, SOPs, and study reports.
Work closely with teams in genetic medicine, formulation, and analytical development to deliver timely results.
Troubleshoot issues with assays and clearly present your findings in team meetings.
Keep accurate records using electronic lab notebooks and sample tracking systems.
Take on additional lab responsibilities as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
B.S. in life sciences with 4–6 years of industry experience,
OR M.S. in life sciences with 2–3 years of industry experience. Hands-on experience developing and optimizing analytical assays. Experience working with lipid, RNA, and protein analysis using LC-MS and LC-MS/MS. Familiarity with QExactive or Orbitrap instruments. Ability to work independently after initial training. Strong troubleshooting and data interpretation skills. Clear communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience in qualifying assays using ICH guidelines. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Experience with iPSC culture and differentiation (a plus). Comfortable using digital lab tools like FlowJo, GraphPad Prism, Benchling, SharePoint, and Veeva. Authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship.
