Director of Development

ODC, a nationally recognized San Francisco arts organization, seeks a Director of Development to lead fundraising efforts securing $5M+ annually plus capital and special initiative support. Reporting to the Executive Director, the DD drives strategy, manages major donor portfolios ($25K+), and leads a skilled team to grow individual, institutional, and planned giving. This role partners with artistic leadership, the Board, and marketing to advance ODC’s mission and sustain its impact. Requires 7+ years in nonprofit fundraising (5 in leadership), proven major gifts success, strategic vision, and strong communication skills. Salary $125K–$150K DOE plus benefits.
