ASAP Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced

Senior SAP PP/PM Consultant

with deep domain expertise in

pharmaceutical manufacturing

and

equipment maintenance . The ideal candidate will lead SAP implementation initiatives focused on Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM), and related modules in a validated, healthcare-compliant environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle SAP PP/PM implementation projects in complex manufacturing environments. Conduct business process assessments and design workshops. Configure SAP modules including PP, PM, and QM, and support MES/process control integrations. Drive data migration for BOMs, routings, work centers, and equipment masters. Create detailed functional specifications and system design documents. Oversee shop floor execution, production planning, and maintenance processes. Manufacturing Process Design: Design and implement demand-driven manufacturing, capacity planning, and production optimization. Build complex BOM structures (including variant configuration & ECM). Configure routing and work centers with finite scheduling capabilities. Implement integrated quality processes including in-process inspection and batch release. Maintenance Planning & Execution: Configure preventive, condition-based, and predictive maintenance. Manage resource scheduling, spare parts, work orders, and calibration plans. Implement equipment hierarchies and failure analysis. Healthcare / Pharmaceutical Compliance: Ensure alignment with cGMP, FDA, and CFR Part 11 regulations. Manage campaign planning, batch record generation, and cleaning validations. Support IQ/OQ/PQ validation, equipment calibration, and traceability. Implement change control, deviation handling, and CAPA workflows. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of hands-on SAP PP/PM implementation experience. At least

5 full lifecycle implementations

in manufacturing domains. Deep expertise in SAP PP and PM configuration, including master data, BOMs, routings, and equipment. Strong knowledge of

MES integration

and production execution systems. Proven track record in pharma/biotech environments (minimum 5+ years). Experience with

FDA-regulated systems ,

validation , and

quality compliance . Preferred Qualifications: SAP PP/PM certification. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori/embedded analytics. Background in engineering or related technical discipline. Familiarity with Industry 4.0, digital manufacturing, and IoT integrations. Seniority level
