Our growing team seeks Insights Consultants, with the Insights Associate role serving as the entry point. Associates learn project execution, vendor management, questionnaire development, basic data analysis, and client deliverables. As an Insights Associate on the Accelerate team, you will work with agile researchers providing quick answers to strategic questions. The team designs and fields rapid-turnaround quantitative surveys and consults on analytics and reporting. This is a
hybrid
role based in Boston. You will report to a dedicated Team Manager, participate in structured training, and be mentored by experienced researchers, gaining valuable exposure and learning opportunities. About You You are detail-oriented, analytical, a team player, proactive, and driven. You’re curious, eager to learn, solve challenges, and share ideas. These qualities make you excited to work at a reputable market research firm like CMB. About Your Background You’ve worked hard to reach this point and seek to grow further. Your responsibilities and qualifications include: Assisting with managing research projects from start to finish, including client communication Contributing to questionnaire development Managing external vendor relationships Overseeing data collection and cleaning Creating client reports and presentations Supporting project administration and budgeting Communicating effectively with team members and clients Qualifications Bachelor’s in Statistics, Market Research, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Political Science, or related field Up to 2 years of market research experience or coursework preferred Strong relationship management skills High attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of research platforms/software (e.g., SPSS, Qualtrics, Python) is a plus Sense of humor and self-awareness *No agency assistance or visa sponsorship available.* CMB encourages diverse candidates to apply, recognizing that many bring valuable experience even if they don’t meet all qualifications.
