As a Market Leader for the Advisor Development Program (ADP), you will: Provide regulatory supervision and oversight to advisors. Ensure ADP participants meet and achieve hurdles. Lead training, develop activities, tools, and routines to enable Advisor Trainee productivity, aligned with the national program. Engage personally with ADP participants requiring heightened support to achieve success. Reinforce compliance, supervision, and support risk management activities for ADP participants and their activities. Lead pipeline management routines with teams and coach on pipeline execution. Support client acquisition efforts by maximizing lead potential through enterprise relationships (Strategy & Accountability). Assist leaders in implementing effective performance management, including goal setting, incentives, and recognition mechanisms. Support market results while maintaining strict adherence to national programs. Coach and develop advisor trainees for professional growth, building relationships across the franchise, and advising on strategic business drivers. Support sales management in executing growth plans and effective advisor recruiting strategies. Administer sales supervision practices in the market. Responsibilities: Attract, recruit, and retain an effective sales and operations team. Demonstrate excellent communication skills. Build strong relationships and partner effectively across the organization. Interact effectively with senior management. Work effectively across organizational boundaries. Exhibit strong influencing and leadership skills. Be self-motivated and proactive, balancing multiple priorities. Balance business and corporate perspectives. Apply sound business judgment and acumen. Proven track record in coaching and performance improvement. Drive integration across solutions and achieve results through effective sales management. Build trusted relationships with key partners and clients. Be a change agent in a fast-paced environment. Communicate strategic plans and sales goals clearly at all levels. Have 3+ years of industry experience with a leading firm. Have 5+ years of experience in sales, team leadership, management, and coaching. Hold Series 7 & 66 licenses; Series 63 & 65 preferred; Series 9 & 10 or (4, 24, 53) must be obtained within 120 days if not held. Travel as required, depending on geography.
