Chief Executive Officer Position Overview: Our company is seeking a visionary, execution-focused
Vice President of Marketing
to lead all aspects of brand, growth, and communications strategy. This individual will serve as the internal owner of the marketing function, working closely with our external advertising agency and cross-functional leaders to bring the company’s brand, mission, and campaigns to life. The VP of Marketing will ensure alignment between our strategic goals and creative execution—acting as both brand steward and performance driver. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in high-growth, healthcare-adjacent industries and a track record of turning strategy into action through internal team oversight and external partner collaboration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Leadership & Vision Execution Translate our company vision and mission into a cohesive marketing strategy that drives brand equity, practitioner engagement, and patient acquisition. Partner with the CEO and executive team to align marketing efforts with company OKRs and growth targets. Ensure consistency in voice, visual identity, and messaging across all touchpoints, including web, digital, and print. 2. Agency Partnership Oversight Serve as the day-to-day lead with our external advertising and creative agency. Provide strategic direction, constructive feedback, and timely approvals to ensure campaigns are on-brand, on-time, and high-performing. Hold agency accountable to KPIs, creative quality, and alignment with our growth objectives. 3. Team Development & Management Lead and mentor a small but growing in-house marketing team, including content, design, and digital specialists. Build a high-performance, collaborative culture that values creativity, speed, accountability, and results. Identify team skill gaps and help scale internal capabilities as the company grows. 4. Campaign Execution & Optimization Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital (paid/organic), email, web, social, and in-practice channels. Manage marketing calendar, budget, and reporting to ensure on-time delivery and ROI-positive outcomes. Monitor key performance indicators and use data to optimize messaging, creative, and spend. 5. Brand & Product Marketing Own the brand narrative and ensure its effective translation across all assets, platforms, and customer experiences. Support new product or service launches with compelling messaging, market positioning, and go-to-market planning. Qualifications: 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, dermatology, aesthetics, or pharma. Experience managing or collaborating with external advertising agencies Proven success in both brand building and performance marketing environments Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent project management capabilities Data-driven and results-oriented mindset Experience leading or building a small team Passion for the intersection of healthcare, beauty, and technology What You’ll Bring: A blend of strategic thinking and creative execution A natural ability to translate big ideas into tactical plans Confidence managing up and down—executive-level polish with team-level humility A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and pride in your work Excitement for building a brand that makes people feel beautiful and empowered in their skin Seniority level
