Role Summary/Purpose:
The VP, Remediation Coordination Leader, is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of all consumer remediations within a specific business function. This role is accountable for building and leading a team of functional remediation coordinators (FRCs), ensuring the effective and timely completion of remediations in accordance with the remediation Policy and procedures.
Responsibilities include:
Managing and leading a team of FRCs responsible for remediation initiatives.
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and leading transformation efforts.
Ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and serving as the escalation point.
Developing a high-performing team and managing cross-functional collaboration.
Contributing to remediation strategy and process enhancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related fields with 4+ years of leadership experience or 7+ years in financial services; 2+ years leading strategic initiatives; 3+ years in a regulated environment.
Desired characteristics:
Leadership skills, industry knowledge, ability to manage complexity, strong communication, and influence skills.
The salary range is
110,000.00 - 185,000.00 USD
annually, with bonus eligibility. Actual compensation depends on experience and market adjustments.
Eligibility requirements include being 18+, having a high school diploma or equivalent, and willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We value diversity and are committed to an inclusive culture.
