This role ensures production quality at all campuses and online. The Production Manager fulfills many mission-critical roles, including: Being responsible for everything connected to Sunday production at all campuses and online for CenterPoint Church. Overseeing the online broadcast to ensure high quality and alignment with current online church standards. Managing Sunday broadcast recording and playback. On Thursdays and Sundays, overseeing the production of Massapequa services, including audio, lighting, LED wall, ProPresenter, and cameras. Keeping the stage and Sunday service technology up-to-date, maintained, and fully functional at all campuses, including troubleshooting as needed. Overseeing key volunteers at each campus, providing training for lighting and ProPresenter, and supporting camera operators, video directors, and other technical staff. Ensuring staffing and scheduling are managed effectively. Staying current with the latest video production techniques and equipment to enhance production quality. Collaborating with pastors, worship leaders, and team members to ensure live media production aligns with CenterPoint’s vision and values. Ensuring all service content is recorded, stored, and transferred to internal storage. Qualifications include: A strong and growing faith in Christ. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. 5-7 years of production experience, with some supervisory experience preferred. Superior written and oral communication skills. Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Schedule: To be determined; Thursday and Sunday production are essential.
