Who You’ll Be Working With Join a collaborative Talent Acquisition team passionate about connecting talented individuals with opportunities at PMG. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, People & Culture partners, and candidates to ensure a thoughtful and inclusive hiring experience, supporting growth and fostering a people-first culture.

Responsibilities

Coordinate interview scheduling using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and scheduling tools.

Manage candidate travel arrangements, including booking and reimbursements.

Maintain the Talent Acquisition team’s calendar, including meeting logistics and room reservations.

Host candidates onsite at our Dallas office, providing tours and a positive interview experience.

Communicate with candidates throughout the process via our ATS.

Coordinate background checks and track results.

Partner with recruiters to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Prepare interviewers with schedules and background materials.

Update candidate data in ATS for accuracy and reporting.

Create basic reports to support decision-making.

Support the Graduate Leadership Program (GLP) with interviews, communications, and events.

Assist with job descriptions, system administration in Greenhouse, and process documentation.

Contribute to broader People & Culture initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of talent acquisition experience or equivalent work experience, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proactive, team-oriented, with excellent communication skills.

Curious, problem-solving mindset, and interested in improving systems and processes.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse experience a plus).

Professional presence and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.

Adaptability and a continuous learning attitude.
