Marketing Operations Senior Analyst

The Marketing Operations Senior Analyst will be the first CRM, operations, and process leader, partnering with marketing, sales, and student success teams to enhance productivity and scalability globally. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams to improve operational excellence, defining and implementing scalable processes, managing HubSpot CRM data accuracy, leading attribution infrastructure, integrating platforms like GTM, GA4, and HubSpot, maintaining documentation, preparing analyses, creating reports and dashboards, and driving process improvements. The role requires 4+ years of experience in business, sales, or success operations, strong HubSpot CRM knowledge, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a hybrid role requiring presence in the NYC office a few days a week. Seniority level
