Marketing Supervisor Under the direct supervision of the Business Development Manager, the Marketing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) recruitment and marketing efforts, ensuring that budgeted goals are met. This role also involves developing and implementing marketing and outreach activities to promote and increase awareness of PACE within the community. Essential Functions of the Job : Supervises the PACE marketing team and streamlines marketing processes to ensure quality and efficiency using tools such as Apptivo CRM, EPIC, and NextGen. Tracks and evaluates the performance of marketing staff via PACE CRM and EPIC EHR, providing regular performance reports to the Director of Enrollment and Marketing and the Marketing Manager. Designs and develops sales and marketing materials, coordinating with departments like External Affairs, and leads marketing and social media projects, including website development. Develops and maintains reports to assess marketing and outreach activities, aiming to maximize awareness, recruitment, and meet or exceed enrollment goals. Assists in creating and overseeing the implementation of an annual PACE marketing plan. Builds and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including physicians, care coordinators, social workers, long-term care facilities, housing developers, hospitals, and related organizations. Collaborates with PACE staff and key departments to ensure a positive experience for potential enrollees, enrolled participants, and their families. Helps convene community stakeholder advisory bodies to gather input on PACE development. Manages procurement, printing, proofing, and inventory control processes. Ensures compliance with CMS, DHCS, and DMHC sales and marketing policies, rules, and regulations. Develops policies, procedures, and standards for recruitment activities and member processes. Maintains a safe, secure, and compliant work environment and promotes personal growth opportunities. Communicates job expectations, supervises employee performance, and enforces policies and standards. Prepares work schedules and ensures employees have resources to succeed. Additional Duties and Responsibilities : Participates in strategic planning and development for PACE. Performs other duties as assigned. Ensures adherence to PACE marketing rules and regulations. Follows SYHealth's attendance and punctuality policies. Must pass the California DHCS PACE and Medi-Cal Marketing Certification exam within 90 days of hire. Job Requirements : Education Required : High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Education Preferred : Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Master's Degree in a related field. Experience Required : At least 2 years of outreach and marketing experience in senior care, healthcare, or related fields. 3 years of supervisory/management experience. Knowledge of HMO, Medi-Cal/Medicaid, Medicare, and senior care sales and marketing. Experience Preferred : Knowledge of PACE marketing regulations (state and federal). General sales and marketing experience. Experience with the senior care market, including competitors, regulations, and resources. Experience with systems to track and analyze sales activity. Skills in organizing and managing a department. Understanding of healthcare service delivery, managed care, and medical administration. Effective communication techniques with diverse social and ethnic groups. Supervisory skills, including training and evaluation of staff. Certifications / Licenses Required : Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation. Proof of current vehicle insurance (if applicable). Technical Knowledge and Skills Required : Ability to provide care for geriatric patients, work well in a team, and possess good organizational and supervisory skills. Capable of handling difficult interpersonal situations. Meet competencies established by SD PACE and approved by CMS. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements : Mobile position with work in an office environment. Universal Requirements : Pre-employment screening including I-9, physical, background check, application, orientation, and PPDs. HIPAA and compliance with privacy regulations. Report unethical or unlawful activities. OSHA compliance and training. Annual health screening. Adherence to policies and procedures.
