HR Generalist – Employee Relations Focus Location:

$32–$36/hour, depending on experience About the Role Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a skilled
HR Generalist
to support a high-growth, fast-paced organization known for its customer obsession, operational excellence, and cutting-edge workplace practices. You’ll join a collaborative 30-person HR team supporting a major division of one of the world’s most recognizable brands. This role is ideal for an HR professional with a strong background in employee relations and case investigations who thrives in high-volume, fast-moving environments. Key Responsibilities Handle 5–10 employee relations cases daily with full ownership from triage through resolution Conduct performance management and policy investigations with discretion and efficiency Support manager outreach and day-to-day HR inquiries Process and manage documentation related to benefits, compliance, and company policy Analyze HR data and provide recommendations using CMS and Excel Collaborate closely with a cross-functional HRBP team Qualifications 3–5 years of HR Generalist or employee relations experience, ideally in performance management and investigations Background in ER (employee relations) required Experience using Case Management Systems (CMS) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data tracking, etc.) Strong judgment, adaptability, and the ability to manage competing priorities Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred Familiarity with leadership principles such as Ownership, Customer Obsession, and Earn Trust Why This Role Opportunity to work with a globally recognized company through a highly respected staffing partner Contribute to a socially collaborative HR team with strong leadership support Potential for contract extension or conversion based on performance Gain deep experience in high-volume case management and employee relations Russell Tobin offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), a 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, identity theft protection, legal support, auto and home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with some preferred vendors Seniority level
