WSP in the U.S. This Opportunity WSP is currently initiating a search for an Associate Metrics/Air Emission Software Implementation Consultant to work remotely, supporting our global Digital Solutions Team. You will collaborate with a wide range of internal and external clients across various industries to solve complex requirements and develop designs for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) Software solutions. Job Description

Interact with customers to obtain technical details required for configuration Communicate confidently and professionally with subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders Configure software according to design specifications Verify configurations through thorough end-to-end system testing Develop detailed documentation for testing and calculation verification Design and develop reports and dashboards using available software tools Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) data between systems Demonstrate software configuration and functionality to customers Deliver training and create technical documentation for customers and project teams Support customers during UAT and data migration activities Analyze large, complex data sets and troubleshoot deployment issues Drive project tasks, timelines, and communication Support post-deployment activities and adhere to company policies Who You Are

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 2-4 years of experience with software platforms related to environmental permitting, emission calculations, sustainability, or ESG metrics Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently and lead junior team members Commitment to safety and adherence to policies Flexibility to work various schedules and travel as needed Experience with large datasets and spreadsheets Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in science, technology, engineering, meteorology, sustainability, or mathematics Certifications in Data Science or Information Management Bilingual abilities Experience with implementing software like Intelex ACTS
