We are seeking a
Complex Civil Litigation Associate
with at least one year of relevant experience to join our dynamic litigation firm. This is a
fully remote role
requiring licensure in California. Key Responsibilities: Develop case strategy and litigation arguments with minimal supervision Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials Conduct and defend witness depositions, including experts and corporate reps Appear for court proceedings, including motion practice, conferences, and mediation Collaborate with multi-firm defense teams and manage tasks for support staff Prepare case assessments, risk evaluations, and client communications Contribute to client development through professional engagement and communication Maintain timekeeping compliance and contribute to team efficiency Qualifications: J.D. and active license in California 1+ years of relevant litigation experience in a private practice setting Background in mass torts, toxic tort, product liability, class actions, environmental, or commercial litigation preferred Strong research, drafting, and communication skills Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple workstreams We offer a competitive salary range of
