Individuals that have a thirst for knowledge, a natural inclination to optimize business processes, and a desire to help customers solve their business objectives with technology. As a critical member of the Incubation team, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor that helps to design and implement customer configurations during onboarding, ensures adoption through effective customer go-live experiences, and drives impactful project team collaboration. You will partner with other Customer Experience teams to ensure customers adopt and utilize QGenda to its fullest potential. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be the technical advisor throughout a customers onboarding. You will leverage your QGenda expertise to ensure our customers adopt and utilize QGenda to its fullest potential and continue to achieve their goals throughout their customer journey. You will work closely with Solution Architects, Project Coordinators, Project Managers, as well as every other team within QGenda, from Sales and Product Development, to Customer Success and Customer Support. Responsibilities include developing deep and specialized technical knowledge of the QGenda platform, leading client expectations and deliverables during onboarding, driving customer adoption, owning low-complexity projects, mentoring others, building and maintaining technical knowledge, consulting customers on best practices, providing feedback, contributing to best practices development, promoting adoption and retention, collaborating on business reviews, leading onsite client activities, and delegating tasks appropriately. Candidates should be able to communicate technical information effectively, proactively solve problems, manage projects and deadlines, identify process gaps, demonstrate personal drive, exhibit peer leadership, and be detail-oriented and organized. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM, proficiency in Google GSuite, and ability to work in a team environment are required. A Bachelors degree and background in Nursing are required. SaaS/software technical configuration and implementation experience and ability to travel for customer meetings and events are also required. Engineering or other technical degrees are a plus.
