Compensation: Base salary of $115,000- $160,000 Production-based bonuses Generous signing bonus

A
Doctor\n of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
or equivalent degree from an accredited\n institution. \n
Licensure \n in good standing to practice in Maryland (or the state of employment). \n
Strong\n leadership skills with a passion for mentorship and team development. \n
