We are seeking an energetic doctor to elevate their career into a Managing Veterinarian (DVM/VMD) role or bring their MDVM experience and lead our 3-doctor, full service, small animal practice in Kettering, OH!

Up to $190k, annually, DOE! Includes production-based compensation! Our next leader will be excited to drive and influence clinical change and be ready to take a fully functioning hospital and make their own!
Interest or skill set in advanced surgical procedures preferred, but not required!
We offer a full surgical suite including CO2 laser, Cardell Monitor, Cold laser therapy, new surgical lighting, digital x-ray and 2 RVT’s and 5 assistants with over 20 years experience to support our surgeons. Features of our practice: Scheduled appointments In-house laboratory Electronic medical records Digital radiology Digital dental x-ray CO2 laser Cold therapy laser Ultrasound Local, well-established, VMA No emergency hours
