About the Role Seeking a skilled litigator passionate about securities law to join a prominent AmLaw 100 firm. You will work on high-profile securities disputes, regulatory matters, and internal investigations for leading technology and life sciences companies.
Candidate Profile
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record
Bar admission or eligibility to sit for/waive into the next bar exam
4+ years in securities litigation
Experience with securities class actions, derivative suits, and merger litigation
Experience with internal investigations and regulatory advice
Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills
Ability to manage complex cases and communicate effectively
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in securities litigation and investigations
Conduct internal investigations and defend regulatory proceedings
Draft legal documents and take depositions
Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy
