Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Development Coordinator to support our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client engagement activities, maintaining strong relationships with real estate partners, and assisting with marketing efforts including creating flyers, newsletters, and lead generation materials. You’ll provide essential administrative support, manage calendars, and ensure timely communication with clients and agents. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in the mortgage or real estate industry, strong communication skills, and is comfortable using Microsoft Office and social media platforms. A customer-first attitude and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position. Qualifications: • 1+ years of Mortgage and or Real Estate Experience is preferred. • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal. • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Work, and Excel (required). • Familiarity and comfort with social media. • Positive outlook and proactive attitude working around a relatively complex and regulated underwriting process. • Mortgage experience is a plus
