We’re looking for a Director of Brand Partnerships Marketing to join the NowThis team. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and execution — shaping how we position our brand, IP, and tentpole campaigns in the market. You’ll collaborate across Sales, Editorial, and Creative to craft compelling, insight-driven narratives that bring NowThis to life for partners. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller with a sharp eye for cultural trends and the ability to build a deck from soup to nuts — from concept to polish. The job will be based in our New York office and report to the Vice President of Brand Partnerships. Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day pre-sale marketing efforts — with a focus on partnering with Sales and Editorial on RFPs, proactive pitches, and client deliverables Build pitch decks and campaign presentations from soup to nuts — including concepting, copywriting, layout, and design polish Lead the ideation of integrated marketing campaigns Develop go-to-market strategies for NowThis/NowMedia content, IP, and tentpole initiatives Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, data & insights, editorial, and production teams to ensure alignment with business goals Proactively identify brand partnership opportunities that drive revenue and elevate the NowThis brand Utilize audience insights and performance data to optimize messaging, proposals, and campaign strategies Support the creation of proactive marketing materials that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to enhance campaign execution Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitive moves to inform NowThis’s marketing approach Contribute to market and competitive analysis that informs positioning and product development Qualifications 6+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital media, content marketing, or related fields Deck Creation Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns that support partner goals, honor audiences and brand Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization Deep understanding of digital media trends, platforms, and technologies Highly analytical with the ability to leverage data insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovative marketing approaches Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Experience working in the digital publishing or related media companies is a plus Bachelor's degree with experience being the most important marker of your abilities Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events How To Apply To be considered for this role, please submit your resume to people@nowthismedia.com.
