Responsibilities

Designs shop-in-shops that reflect the latest creative vision for each brand, ensuring an elevated brand experience for the customers. Manages project requirements with internal partners, including Store Development, Visual Merchandising, Decorative and Construction, and external suppliers, including Millworkers and General Contractors. Produces schematic design drawings and design development packages for new shops, renovations and restorations. Manages external consultants and suppliers effectively to ensure projects are executed to the brand's standards. Reviews and approves construction drawings and millwork shop drawings.

Requirements

Education in Architecture or similar field. Experience in retail design, similar commercial projects or high-end residential. Good understanding of all phases of an architectural project. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple competing priorities effectively. High proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Excel), Microsoft Project and SketchUp.
