Manager of Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC)
will lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns to position Beckman Coulter as a healthcare leader, focusing on creating compelling solution stories and engaging target audiences across the customer journey. This role reports to the
Senior Manager of IMC
and is based in
Brea, California . Responsibilities include: Develop and implement global IMC plans aligned with strategic priorities, including campaign development and channel strategies. Manage the IMC workstream within the New Product Launch process, partnering with global teams to commercialize new products. Use segmentation and VOC insights to map customer journeys and develop targeted programs. Lead the creation of customer-facing materials and support sales enablement. Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, business, science, or related field, with 9+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 7+ years. Experience in marketing communications, brand development, and demand generation campaigns. Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in a global matrixed organization or agency experience. Strong digital marketing, content management, marketing automation, and Google Analytics knowledge preferred. Additional info: Willingness to travel occasionally (3-4 times/year) domestically and internationally. Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable record. Preferred experience in healthcare, IVD, Medical Devices, or scientific fields, and skills in strategic execution, problem-solving, and clear communication.
