Requirements
8 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2. Proficiency in PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations. Experience in gathering requirements and conducting fit-gap analysis. Experience with end-to-end system integration testing. Experience with data mapping for legacy and third-party interfaces. Experience with Microsoft O365 applications and MS Teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
Lead business analysis for enterprise financial system implementations. Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis. Design and document data mapping for system integrations. Perform and oversee end-to-end system integration testing. Develop and maintain project documentation and training materials. Analyze business processes to identify automation and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders on system solutions.
