As our Ticket Marketing Coordinator, you will support strategic planning, execution, and optimization of marketing efforts across Trail Blazers ticketing products including single-game tickets and group sales. In this role, you will be responsible for building full-funnel marketing campaigns, collaborating cross-departmentally, and ensuring a data-driven approach to fan acquisition and retention.

Day-to-Day:
Develop and execute marketing strategies for single-game and group ticket products, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and fan experience priorities.
Build offers and campaigns using Fevo Enterprise and Spinzo, ensuring product alignment and pricing accuracy.
Coordinate with Sales, Business Intelligence, Creative, and Digital teams to ensure effective go-to-market campaigns.
Utilize fan data and insights to shape targeting, segmentation, and content strategies across owned and paid channels.
Oversee campaign timelines, deliverables, and execution across multiple ticketing initiatives.
Continuously evaluate campaign performance and optimize marketing tactics based on data and fan behavior.
Develop marketing copy and creative briefs that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Coordinate with digital innovation and digital marketing teams to execute email, paid social, and web initiatives.
Support post-campaign reporting and present findings and recommendations to leadership.
Assist with ticket marketing support for events, community outreach, or partner activations as needed.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience in marketing.
Ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that drive revenue and engagement.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to interpret data to inform decisions and optimize performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working cross-functionally with creative, digital, or sales teams.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A strategic, solutions-oriented mindset.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and game nights.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in marketing related to ticket sales, sports, or entertainment.
