Position Overview: Infassure is hiring an Account Sales Consultant to join our in-office team in Richardson. In this technical-sales role, you’ll work directly with both inbound and existing customers to design tailored technology infrastructure solutions. You’ll use Bluebeam to review floorplans and generate takeoffs, then build accurate quotes and proposals that meet the customer’s needs. This role requires strong communication, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to balance both technical and customer-facing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: •Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming client opportunities and project inquiries •Review architectural drawings using Bluebeam to identify scope of work •Create structured cabling, AV, or access control designs and proposals •Build accurate quotes and scope documents based on client needs and specifications •Coordinate with internal operations and technical teams for feasibility and pricing •Present quotes and proposals to customers and follow up professionally •Maintain project details and customer activity in our CRM system •Support the sales process from design through signed proposal Qualifications: •2+ years of experience in technical sales, estimating, or design (low voltage or construction industry preferred) •Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu for reviewing and marking up plans is required •Strong understanding of structured cabling, AV, or low-voltage systems is a plus •Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills •Strong verbal and written communication skills •Comfortable managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines •CRM and quoting software experience preferred (e.g., HubSpot, Procore, etc.) What You’ll Get: •Competitive base salary with bonus potential •Paid time off, holidays, and benefits package •Monday–Friday in-office schedule •Tools and training to grow within the technology infrastructure industry •A collaborative team and a culture that values ownership, responsiveness, and doing things right Interested?
