Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to oversee the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical teams, ensuring alignment with best practices, and delivering scalable solutions to meet business needs.
The role demands a combination of strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce products and architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Development:
Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements.
Lead the end-to-end development process, including customization, configuration, and integration of Salesforce applications.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
Technical Leadership:
Guide a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring quality delivery of technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and provide technical oversight throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Integration and Customization:
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and Salesforce Connect.
Implement custom functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
System Administration and Maintenance:
Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and data integrity.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Ensure proper deployment and version control processes using tools like Git or Azure DevOps.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
Provide regular updates on project progress and technical challenges.
Conduct workshops or training sessions to empower end-users and technical teams.
Documentation and Compliance:
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and test cases.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce licensing agreements, data privacy, and security standards.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.
Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance existing Salesforce solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and third-party tools. o Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.
Certifications (Preferred):
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II. o Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
