to join their plaintiff-side practice. Key Responsibilities: Handle a

caseload of 40–60 active cases

involving employment issues for police, fire, and corrections personnel Manage all aspects of litigation from intake through trial or settlement Draft complaints, motions, and discovery documents Ideal Candidate Profile: Licensed to practice law in California 3–7 years

of plaintiff or defense employment litigation experience (5+ years strongly preferred) Strong writing, litigation, and case management skills Experience or familiarity with

first responder issues ,

wage & hour law ,

PAGA , or

union representation

is highly desirable Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between

$160,000 – $200,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
