What You'll Be Doing...
As a Marketing Senior Manager, you will play a critical role within the Revenue Marketing team, directly supporting, and reporting to, the Associate Director, GE & PS Product Campaigns. You will be instrumental in the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to boost lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth, specifically focusing on Security, Managed Network Services, IoT/FWA and CX. You will serve as a central point of coordination between product, marketing, sales, and solutions teams.
Develop messaging that highlights Verizon's unique value and addresses customer concerns. Create and implement a strategic marketing plan focused on high-potential customers and markets. Build a collaborative, knowledge-sharing sales community and provide ongoing support and resources to empower the sales team to effectively communicate company value.
In This Role, You Will
Spearhead the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to boost lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and segment marketing, to guarantee campaign success. Organize the marketing go-to-market strategy for strategic product portfolios. Establish campaign goals, target audiences, and messaging strategies based on data-driven insights and market research. Advise product and product marketing teams on key customer and market trends, customer product needs and requirements, and customer-facing and sales enablement content. Serve as the central point of coordination between product, marketing, sales, and solutions. Proactively engage with product, sales, segment marketing, and solutions teams to assess MNS, Security, FWA, IoT and CX needs, goals, and challenges. Develop briefs and plans for integrated marketing campaigns. Ensure clear communication channels and regular governance processes with all stakeholders. Provide updates on campaign progress, performance, and results. Actively solicit and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve marketing efforts. Track and measure performance against key metrics.
What We’re Looking For…
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training. Demonstrated experience in marketing plan development, strategy and execution. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing programs and business results. Understanding of marketing best practices across various channels, including digital marketing, events, content marketing, and lead generation. Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, negotiating, and relationship-building skills.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Experience marketing technology products to large enterprises and organizations. Experience working for a large matrixed organization. Experience developing top of the funnel and awareness campaigns. Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong presentation skills and deck development.
