A leading luxury hospitality property located in Northern Arizona is seeking a
Director of Human Resources
to lead and oversee all HR-related functions, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals while nurturing a supportive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture. Position Overview: The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing all aspects of Human Resources operations including talent strategy, compensation, compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, training, and departmental budgeting. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the recruitment and onboarding process for leadership and key operational roles. Provide consultative support to leadership and employees on employee relations, conflict resolution, performance, and engagement. Oversee implementation, updates, and compliance of HR policies and procedures in accordance with state and federal employment laws. Ensure administration of benefits including health insurance, workers' compensation, and leave programs. Analyze, negotiate, and communicate benefit plan changes and cost structures. Maintain and strengthen professional relationships with local agencies, schools, and community organizations. Prepare and manage annual HR departmental budget. Ensure accurate, confidential maintenance of employee records and generate HR reports as needed. Perform additional duties as needed to support overall organizational goals. Position Requirements: Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all organizational levels. Experience managing HR operations budget, including oversight of advertising, insurance, benefits, and workers' compensation expenses. Key Qualifications: Proven

TN visas Previous experience in hospitality or luxury resort settings is highly desirable. Independent resort experience preferred Must be highly skilled in managing all aspects of Health insurance benefits in-house, 401K, and workers comp. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field—or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 3 years in a Human Resources leadership role. Proficiency in HRIS systems and standard business software. PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred. Seniority level
