About the Position Responsibilities
Facilitate CBI classes, using evidence-based and standardized curriculum to the participants.
Conduct class and facilitate individual sessions to develop release prevention/action plans and/or provide make-up work.
Evaluate and document the progress of participants assigned to their classes.
Document delivery of CBI programming services in ARMS.
Engage participants daily and reinforce group norms and expectations for participation and completion.
Work collaboratively with the CDCR/CCHCS headquarters, local institution, and CDCR contracted staff.
Other related duties as assigned.
Additional Details Position involves working in a prison environment, with responsibilities including facilitating evidence-based classes, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Requires certification as an AOD Counselor with at least one year of experience providing certified AOD counseling services.
Salary: $36.76 per hour, full-time, on-site.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401K, HSA, and life insurance. The role is classified as entry-level, contract employment within the field of individual and family services.
