OpusLex Partners is currently representing several litigation boutiques seeking Litigation Attorneys (associate, counsel and/or partners) to join their dynamic teams. With a robust docket of high-stakes cases, from general liability to medical malpractice, these roles offer hands-on litigation training and real trial opportunities early in your career. No waiting in the wings here Mentorship from seasoned litigators invested in your growth Who We’re Seeking: 2–6 years of experience in insurance defense, medica malpractice, or general liability experience Strong writing, litigation, and client communication skills Confident taking depositions and appearing in court Driven, collaborative, and passionate about building a litigation career Salary range of $120K–$180K + bonuses (higher salaries commensurate with experience for more senior attorneys) Health insurance (50 – 100% of employee of premiums covered, depending on the firm), 401(k) match, PTO Genuine trial training and leadership development Merit-based advancement in a collaborative, high-performing team If you’re eager to level up your litigation skills, gain serious courtroom time, and join a respected team of trial lawyers, we’d love to talk.
