The Autonomous Mobility and Delivery (AM&D) Design team is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of transportation, focusing on autonomous mobility, AI, and robotics. This role involves designing new experiences for a groundbreaking mode of movement, spanning physical and digital interfaces. In this fast-paced, high-impact environment, you will work on innovative surfaces, interaction patterns, and service models, including autonomous rides and delivery handoffs. The ideal candidate has strong experience in 0-to-1 design, human-centered approaches, and navigating ambiguity within a large organization. What You Will Do

Lead experience design for autonomous mobility and delivery, creating inclusive and trustworthy interactions from first engagement to trip completion. Balance immediate execution with long-term vision, designing scalable experiences for today and the future. Design across digital, physical, and spatial touchpoints, translating complex systems into intuitive experiences. Navigate ambiguity confidently, identifying opportunities and defining problems in a dynamic environment. Collaborate across disciplines, including engineering, product management, autonomy specialists, and robotics teams. Prototype and experiment rapidly, from low-fidelity flows to high-fidelity motion and service walkthroughs. Qualifications

Basic: 7+ years in product design with a proven track record in fast-paced environments. Experience designing for mobile apps, tablets, and web. Preferred: Degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, or related fields. Experience with physical, digital, and spatial touchpoints, including geospatial systems. Strong prototyping and storytelling skills. Proficiency in Figma and related tools. Collaborative experience with researchers, data scientists, and technical teams. Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels. Comfort with undefined problems, emerging tech, and rapid iteration. Compensation

For roles in New York, NY, San Francisco, CA, and Seattle, WA, the base salary ranges from USD $205,000 to $228,000 annually, with eligibility for bonuses, equity, and benefits. More details are available at
