We are seeking a qualified
Senior Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Consultant
to conduct complex HR business process evaluations, develop BPR plans to standardize data, improve HR processes, and identify technical solutions for efficiency and modernization. Responsibilities include: Leading junior team members in BPR activities to standardize and improve HR data, processes, and technologies. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and recommend technical requirements, using tools like Tableau, SQL, .NET, and PeopleSoft. Capturing requirements, analyzing current processes, and recommending future states for approval and implementation. Understanding HR processes from job posting to off-boarding. Creating and disseminating training materials, briefings, and communications, ensuring quality and adherence to guidelines. Location:
On-site at JBAB, Washington, D.C. Salary Range:
$170,000 - $190,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or HR Management. 9+ years in BPR with HR focus. Experience with Talent Management processes. Preferred: Master's Degree. Experience with the Intelligence Community. Proficiency with Tableau, SQL, .NET, PeopleSoft, and process diagramming tools. Clearance:
Active TS/SCI clearance required, ability to obtain CI Polygraph. Benefits:
