We are seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative Client Marketing Associate to serve as an essential member of the marketing organization, helping to drive growth and raise awareness within both institutional and private wealth channels. The Associate will support marketing and fundraising efforts across our investment strategies, specialized funds, and custom solutions business. This role will partner closely with our investment and business development teams to help shape product positioning, craft compelling narratives, and integrate key messaging across platforms. This position requires a commercial mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with senior professionals in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrixed group environment. The ideal candidate has a foundation in investment marketing or investor relations and the desire to develop a high degree of private markets investing acumen. As an onsite/hybrid employee, you are expected to be in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday. Responsibilities include developing clear, compelling, and client-focused content that strengthens relationships across channels, partners, and regions; coordinating the marketing aspect of product launches and initiatives, including the creation of fundraising marketing materials, and supporting the plans for bringing them to market; creating and disseminating technical pitch presentations supported by compelling data visualizations; designing and maintaining marketing deliverables including fund brochures, market outlooks, conference materials, deal insights; managing internal project plans and timelines including stakeholder, operational, and legal and compliance approvals; coordinating monthly and quarterly marketing material updates; retrieving, analyzing and ensuring data accuracy; operating effectively in a deadline driven, constantly changing environment; and performing additional related duties as assigned. Education, skills and experience requirements include a BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred; 5-7 years of professional experience with at least 2-3 years within the investment management space; required alternative investment experience; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced PowerPoint and data visualization capabilities; excellent project management skills; highly self-motivated; impeccable attention to detail; strong verbal and written communication skills; outstanding decision making and problem-solving skills; ability to understand and analyze financial data; demonstrated initiative and ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment; and demonstrated team player and independent thinker. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, collaborative, and enjoy working with thoughtful, smart, and successful colleagues.
