Marketing Operations Team
This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA.
Summary We're looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Program Specialist to help support a high-performing operations team focused on messaging and CRM efficiency. This role is essential to improving scale, analyzing processes, and optimizing technical systems for marketing and subscription-based services. Our Ideal Candidate
3-5 years of experience in analytics, marketing operations, or related roles
Passion for marketing technology and operations with a strong foundation in CRM systems, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration
Proficient in marketing platforms like Salesforce (or similar CRM tools), and reporting/visualization software
Familiar with best practices in data strategy, reporting, and issue analysis
Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams across business, technical, and leadership levels
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence and drive decisions with data insights
A natural problem-solver and systems thinker, curious and eager to innovate
Technical domain expertise in SAS or ecosystem knowledge, particularly around what types of issues often occur in system architecture, feature, data pipeline - as this role will need to classify issues and draw patterns from them.
Job Description In this role, you will lead the analysis, tracking, and resolution of CRM issues and process improvements within a dynamic marketing ecosystem. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to develop reporting strategies, improve platform workflows, and provide actionable insights for scaling operations. This includes:
Developing and implementing data analysis strategies to support key business initiatives
Monitoring and resolving system issues related to in-app messaging and marketing platforms
Creating clear documentation around technical issues, resolutions, and business impact
Delivering regular insights to stakeholders and executive leadership to support strategic decisions
Driving cross-team collaboration to streamline tools and processes
You will also maintain technical documentation and support operational continuity for internal tools, reporting infrastructure, and campaign analytics-supporting the team's overall success and efficiency.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
Background in CRM systems, marketing automation, or SaaS-based services
Experience with subscription-based product marketing and operational analytics is a plus

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from
$60.00 - $64.00
per hour
