Services in Oswego, NY is looking for a Managing Veterinarian. This\nis a great opportunity for existing managing veterinarians or
experienced\nassociates
looking to advance into a leadership position.
Partner with\nthe Hospital Manager to drive financial performance and cultivate a\ncollaborative team environment. You'll receive support from the
Divisional\nLeadership
Team for practice management training and resources to lead a\nbest-in-class clinic. Responsibilities include advancing medical care, leading\nstaff, financial management, and growing the practice through innovation and\ncommunity involvement.
At North\nCountry Veterinary Services in Oswego, you'll find a dedicated team of
skilled\ntechnicians
and support staff. With three licensed technicians and four\nveterinary assistants, we are fully equipped to assist our doctors in providing\na wide range of services, from routine wellness care to urgent
medical\nattention.
Our surgical expertise encompasses everything from standard spays\nand neuters to advanced cruciate repair.
As the\nlargest veterinary clinic in Oswego, we prioritize delivering top-notch care\nthat is affordable for our clients. Our team is deeply rooted in the community,\nand we cater to a diverse client base, ranging from long-time residents to\nstudents at the State University of New York at Oswego.
We offer a variety of resources via NVA\nto help you run an effective practice including recruiting, marketing, HR,\nlegal, and IT support, industry-leading new graduate mentorship program, and\naccess to the veterinarian-operated Medical Advisory Board.
Health, dental, and vision. 401K with match. Vacation, sick time and paid\nholidays. Paid State License, DEA and Professional dues/fees.
Relocation\ncompensation
is available for those candidates who do not live in the area\ncurrently.
Compensation:
Base salary of $120,000- $150,000 Production-based bonuses Generous signing bonus
