- Dec 26-28 (3p-7a) Shift Schedule: Mon-Thurs; 7a-330p Call Schedule:     ÂÂ

- Weeknights; 330p-7a (Rotation)     ÂÂ

- Weekends; 24-hr Call; 7a-7a Patient Census: 7 (Surgical) Patient Demographics: 99% Adults; 1% Pediatric     ÂÂ

- 35% General; 22% OB     ÂÂ

- 32% Complex; 11% Ophthalmology Physician in Group: 4 Required Procedures: Epidurals, Blocks & Spinals No. of ORs: 6 & 1 Endoscopy suite No. of Exam Rooms: 5 No. of Beds: 25 Trauma Level: IV Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements: Active ND license or IMLC NBCRNA ACLS & PALS COVID Vaccination Must be willing to take call
